Cancellations
- Cancellation made before 31 October 2010: 70% refund and thereafter 30% refund. No refunds will be made after 8 November 2010.
Insurance
- The conference organization cannot accept any liability for personal injuries of for the loss of and/or damage to personal belongings of the participants, either during or as a result of the conference.
