Fee includes tax, attendance and documentation, cocktail
party, 3 refreshments, 2 luncheons, 1 dinners, and delegate
activities. But it does not include accommodation.

Terms and Conditions
1.CONDITION: Please
every attendee make a booking in advance, we will send
you a confirmation via e-mail. The invoice will be sent
to you by post after receipt of the conference fee.
2.CANCELLATION:
1).Cancellation made
between 15 Oct. 2008 and 22 October 2008: 70% refund
2).Cancellation made
between 23 Oct. 2008 and 27 October 2008: 30% refund
3).No refunds will be
made after 28 Oct. 2008.
3.INSURANCE: The
conference organization cannot accept any liability for
personal injuries of for the loss of and/or damage to
personal belongings of the participants, either during or
as a result of the conference. Please check the validity
of your personal insurance.
4.HOTEL: If you
need book our contract hotel at the favourable room rate,
you may download the reservation form at our website and
fax back to hotel directly. You will pay all rooming
expenses by yourself.
5.Personal information
submitted by attendees only be used for World Shipping
(China) Summit 2008.
