Born in January 1963, Mr. Zhang Ye is now the President of Shanghai Shipping Exchange. He has successively worked as the Vice General Manager of Shanghai Changjiang Shipping Corporation, the General Manager of Shanghai Huatai Shipping Corporation, etc.. Mr. Zhang Ye has long been engaged in ship's technology, shipping information and transport administration and therefore is in possession of abundant experience and good expertise in both domestic and overseas maritime transport, surveillance and management of shipbuilding and management of the shipping related service enterprises. Awarded the B.A. Degree of Wuhan University of Technology and the MBA Degree of Shanghai Jiaotong University, he is the senior engineer and thus invited by Shanghai Maritime University as the Guest Professor.
