Based in Hong Kong, Mr. Chang is in charge of shipping business of DVB Bank in North Asia (China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan). Before joining Nedship Bank (which was acquired by DVB Bank in 2000) in 1998, he was the Chief Representative of Rabobank Taipei which office he set up in 1994.

He has worked for British, Nordic, Dutch and German banks in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Taipei. Mr. Chang has over 25 years of banking experience in corporate banking, trade finance, project finance, asset based financing, structured finance and tax based financing schemes for many industries in the region. In DVB Bank, Mr. Chang, in addition to arranging shipping loans, has since executed for his shipping clients in Greater China & Korea tax based financing schemes as well as concluded financial support for a major Chinese shipping company to tap the U.S. capital market.

He holds a MBA (Marketing) degree from Leicester University in the U.K.
