Mr.Su has a Master's degree and is a senior engineer, graduated from Daqing Petroleum Institute and Harbin University of Engineering. He has many years of experience in the oil and gas industry of the PRC. Since 1996, Mr.Su has worked as Director Assistant (concurrently as the Director of the First Oil and Natural Gas Development Department), Standing Deputy Director and Director of Daqing Petroleum Administration Bureau.He was appointed as a Vice President of the Company on November 5, 1999, and was concurrently the Chairman and General Manager of the Company's subsidiary Daqing Oil Field Company Limited until December 2003. Mr.Su has been appointed as a Director of the Company since November 2002, and Senior Vice President since December 3, 2002.
